Keep your pool water balanced and reduce chlorine loss with Zodiac UV Blockout. Commonly known as "sunscreen for swimming pools," this stabiliser helps limit chlorine depletion caused by UV light. Available in fast-dissolving granules or slow-release tablets, UV Blockout ensures your pool stays sanitised longer. Pack Size: 1kg

Description

  • How to Use UV Blockout:
  • 1. Preparation:
  • Clean or backwash your filter.
  • Remove debris from the skimmer and pump baskets.
  • 2. Application:
  • For granules: Add directly to the skimmer basket while the pump is running. Continue running the pump for at least 8 hours.
  • • 200g per 10 000L
  • • Increases Cyanuric Acid level by 20ppm
  • 3. Post-Application:
  • Avoid cleaning or backwashing the filter for at least 48 hours to allow the product to fully dissolve.
  • Test water regularly to ensure proper balance.
  • Important Note: Do not exceed a concentration of 100ppm or 100mg/L of cyanurate. If using a cartridge filter, dissolve the product in a bucket of water before adding it to the pool to prevent blockage.
