Product Development

The Zodiac Group’s global development hub for chlorine generators is based in Melbourne where our team of dedicated individuals work on Zodiac’s salt water chlorinators of tomorrow.

Customer Service

Our Customer Service call centre is staffed by a friendly and knowledgeable team and operates every day, all year round.

Zodiac also runs an extensive network of warranty agents and in-house workshops across Australia, should you have any problems with products.

Marketing

The Zodiac marketing team organise ads, promotions, special offers and any communications you’ll find about Zodiac pools.  Their main aim is to understand your needs as a pool owner, and would love hearing your opinions.

Sales

Our sales team of over 20 dedicated individuals is the largest in the pool industry in Australia. Our Sales offices can be found in every mainland capital city to service dealers, pool shops and pool builders.

Export

The Export division sells our full range of pool equipment and modular pools to markets in the Asia/Pacific region.
