Terms and Conditions for Zodiac Direct Heating Promotion

To be eligible for the promotion, simply purchase a Zodiac Power Heat Pump (7kW or 9kW model) from an authorized dealer (retail outlet or builder) and have it installed prior to 30^th October 2011. Complete this redemption form and attach proof of purchase and the tax invoice for the installation costs. Additional terms and conditions apply- see below.

Only individuals who are Australian or New Zealand residents, may enter the promotion. Employees of the promoter, participating suppliers, and agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to participate. Persons who acquire products in commercial quantities for re-sale or for use in connection with the sale, installation or service of pools or pool-related products for commercial gain are ineligible to participate.
This offer only applies to the Zodiac Power heat pump (7kW and 9kW models only). Redemption received after 30^th October 2011 will not be accepted. Please allow up to 6 weeks after posting your completed redemption form and supporting documents for the delivery of the cheque.
The promotion is open to eligible customers who purchase a Zodiac Power Heat Pump. Products in respect of which a refund or credit is given or which are received as an exchange or otherwise free of charge are not eligible.
This offer is only available directly through Zodiac Group Australia (ZGA) this offer is not open to any other Zodiac heat pumps nor any competitor products
The $200 cashback is not applicable to any the 9kW heat pump as supplied by Narellan Pools with the Zodiac 'Free heater' filtration package.
Claims can only be made by posting (i) redemption form (ii) your proof of purchase (iii) A tax invoice for the installation charges of the Zodiac Power heat pump only, to address stated on this claim form. The invoice must comply with the requirements for tax invoices under Australian goods and services tax legislation (including the suppliers ABN). If you require your invoice to be returned to you, please include a stamped, self addressed envelope and note to this effect with your claim. All redemption forms and invoices must be complete, legible and comprehensible.
Eligible consumers who complete the redemption form and otherwise comply with these terms and conditions will receive up to $200 in the form of a cheque. Only one cheque redemption per participating product can be claimed per household.
The cheque will be posted directly to eligible customers. No additional postage and handling costs are payable.
No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail, including any cheque lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Incomplete or illegible redemption forms may not be processed and the promoter takes no responsibility for such forms.
The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of redemption forms and supporting documents, and reserves the right to disqualify any person for tampering with the redemption process or for submitting a redemption form which is incomplete, inaccurate or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The promoter collects participants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided consumers may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised and subject to relevant laws, each participant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant. As per the relevant privacy legislation, a request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at the address set out below.
